Since 1770, the family cultivated the vine on the soil of Mercurey. Our wines are aged in oak barrel in vaces along the century-old traditions of Burgundy. The harvest is done manually, the vinification is traditionnal and the bottling is done at the domain. For all these reasons our wines are harmonious, balanced and nicely structured.

Since 1997 Manuel succeeded his father in law Jacques, thereby carrying exploiting a domain of 10 hectares of mercurey vineyard that he is now delevopping.

Our wines are aged in oak barrels in our cellars of the 17 century, carved into the rock.
