The wines of this Chateau are developed in an ongoing quality, respecting the tradition of the Great Wines of Graves.

The Chateau is located in 35 km south of Bordeaux in the Graves appellation. The region is hilly and the vineyard surrounding a 200 years old Bordeaux style house, on top of a hill overlooking the valley of the Garonne

In 1997, the passion for wine led Philip and his son Anthony (Diploma of Viticulture and Enology) to create on the family lands the vineyards of Chateau Caillivet. The name of the Chateau comes from the locality, showing once again the commitment of the family to the local area. Vine putting several years to produce, 4 years after planting early harvest gave birth to the Chateau wine 2001.

The vineyard is being continuously monitored to ensure the grapes of the highest quality possible.

This is also why the manual work is still favored to meet the quality objective.
